Downtown Crawfish Jam is put on by the Hattiesburg Historic Neighborhood Association. It is a fundraiser for the neighborhood thru Walthall Foundation to help maintain Walthall Park, the neighborhood's community center, and help with other improvement projects in and around the Downtown neighborhood.

Folks came out in the warm weather Saturday to enjoy a special annual event at Walthall Park.

It was filled with lovers of mud bugs as they gathered for the 27th annual Downtown Crawfish Jam.
