Do the Brew is a craft beer tasting event in Downtown Hastings featuring over 100 Nebraska brewed beers from more than 20 different Nebraska breweries. The purpose of the event is to bring the unique tastes of craft beers to Hastings area residents and raise money for local Non-Profits. r's event will take place outside at the corner of 1st & St. Joseph Ave in Downtown Hastings. Rain location will be at the Hastings City Auditorium @ 4th & Hastings Avenue. Where can I buy tickets? Tickets are $40.00 in advance or $50.00 at the gate and can be purchased online at www.downtowndothebrew.com. Tickets go live on March 1st. What’s included with the ticket price? Your General Admission ticket includes admission to the event, a commemorative Do the Brew tasting glass and three hours of craft beer tasting. TRY OUR VIP TICKET! This includes an extra hour of tasting starting at 4:00pm, private tours of First Street Brewing Co and Steeple Brewing, a FULL pint glass to drink during the tour, food samplings, a commemorative Do the Brew stein glass, and a $10 food voucher! Will there be food at the event? Yes, food trucks will be present and food will be sold at an additional cost. I don’t like beer; will there be wine at the event? WHAT – YOU DON’T LIKE BEER? While that is hard to imagine….we will have water available for you and locally-made kombucha from Ensign Beverage Co. What are the event times? VIP ticket will get you in at 4:00pm. General Admission gates open at 5:00 p.m. and beer tastings will stop at 8:00 p.m. What breweries will be at the event? Proceeds from this event go to help fund local Non-Profits who help grow other great Hastings events. Are children or infants allowed into the event? No one under the age of 21 will be allowed into the event! This includes designated drivers who must be at least 21 years of age. No infants, toddlers, or children are permitted. • This is a sampling event, 2 oz. beer tastes only!
• No pets or children allowed.
• No outside drinks or food allowed.
• Ticket holders will receive one souvenir glass for this event. Replacements (if available) are $6.00 each.
• Do the Brew reserves the right, at our discretion, to remove any individual (s) from the event for inappropriate behavior. You will be escorted out by security and not allowed back in!
