Daisy discovered Tyler, my cousin’s beautiful palomino, and it was love at first sight! 🐴🤍

She simply couldn’t stay away from him or his sweet friend, Metta, all weekend. Whenever I couldn’t find Daisy, I knew exactly where to look—out back, quietly gazing at these magnificent gentle giants.

A little dog with a very big love for horses. ✨🐾

Good morning from a little pocket of autumn magic in New York. 🍂✨

Sitting in my cousin’s backyard, watching the horses graze on the far side of the pond, I feel the tiredness of summer slowly melting off my bones. The trees are dressed in gold and crimson, the water holds the sky, and for a moment, I feel as though I could stay here forever.

A book, a movie, a little sweater shopping… and long, quiet moments with my dog beside me. Simple pleasures that bring me back to myself.

At home, there is always something to do, somewhere to go, something to create, someone to help. Here, I can simply be. With the horses, the trees, the gentle energy of the water. Letting my nerves soften and my spirit catch up with my body.

There is medicine in this pause. In letting autumn hold me while I rest.

Self-love is a necessity. Sometimes it looks like stepping away long enough to hear your own soul whisper again. 🤍🍁

🍂 Autumn in the Garden 🍂

Today, I gathered beautiful yellow and orange calendula blossoms, fragrant rosemary, lemon balm, and valerian root and leaves from the autumn garden.

The flowers will be part of our Sacred Circle tonight at Masjah Studios, where we will honor the season of autumn, the Creative Pink Moon, and our own inner creativity. Together, we’ll explore how we weave the web of our lives—and what may be waiting beneath all the busyness.

Take a moment to pause and breathe in the colors, the scents, and the beautiful gifts of the autumn garden. 🌼🍂

I’ve also been creating a fresh fall batch of Sleepy Balm, blending garden-grown lemon balm and valerian with soothing lavender, chamomile, and skullcap—a comforting herbal combination created to help you settle down, soften the edges of the day, and ease into restful sleep. 🌙
