ConnectiCon is a multi-fandom event held at the Connecticut Convention Center, Hartford Marriott Downtown, and other locations throughout Hartford the weekend of July 14-17, 2022. ConnectiCon features Tabletop Board/Card/Ropleplaying Gaming, Panels & Workshops, Electronic Gaming, costume events and performances, celebrity and industry professionals appearances and autographs, hundreds of exhibitors, and Special Events each year. A massive thank you to everyone who used our new application portal, shared their process documentation and proof of craftsmanship, and connected with us through our in-platform communications tool. Your hard work and dedication blow us away year after year.

Looking ahead: We’ll be releasing sign-up information soon for Artists' Council over the next week or so! If you want to help shape our future application policies, help us rename the Artists Colony, and guide upcoming changes and improvements, keep an eye on our page for details.

2027 Artist Alley & Exhibitor Applications: Everything You Need to Know

Following up on our prior update, here is a full breakdown of pricing, space options, and updates:

DEADLINE EXTENSION
Applications will now close on Sunday, September 13 at 11:00 PM Eastern.

Booth & Table Options

Standard Tables ($275) | 106 Available
Includes one 72" x 30" non-skirted table, one chair, and 1 Exhibitor Badge.

Inline Booths ($475) | 36 Available
8' x 8' space with pipe, drape, and side rails.
Includes one 72" x 30" table, two chairs, and 2 Exhibitor Badges.

Premium Corner Booths ($900) | 26 Available
8' x 8' space with pipe, drape, and side rails.
Includes two 72" x 30" tables, two chairs, and 2 Exhibitor Badges.

Free Student Options (Opening in January)

Scholarship Tables (10 Available): FREE for students actively pursuing a college or trade school degree.

ConGraduations Gift Booths (3 Available): FREE for recent high school or college graduates (December 2026 through June 2027).

Additional Helper Badges
Tables: May purchase 1 additional badge ($80).
Booths: May purchase up to 2 additional badges ($80 each).

Other Updates
Deposit Notice: The $150 deposit will remain in place for 2027 and will be part of our overall process review for 2028. If an application is rejected, deposits will be returned within ~10 business days.

Patron of the Arts Initiative: We took your suggestions! Attendees can now add a "Patron of the Arts" contribution during registration. If successful, we plan to use these funds to offer rebates or further reduce booth rates for artists in future years.

Specialized Vendor Applications: We are actively working on application/review processes for Level 6 Daily Market, Tattoo Studios, TCG Area Vendors, and the Dealer’s Room prior to booth purchasing.

Thank you for your patience while we revised our updated Artists Colony application tool and processes. We appreciate all of your feedback, and we’re hopeful that we’ve landed on an update that will allow us to: Have our AC application open for longer than before, screen for AI, dropshipping, and proxy selling, and ensure as equal a chance for all applicants as possible. We will share a heads-up on the application opening within the next few days.
