This video is from the last Winston Howell 5K on March 2, 2024. Winston tried to do the whole race. He made it more than halfway! At the end, the rescue squad brought him to the end of the block and he got out and finished. It blessed us all to see him and join him in the last yards. He never gave up.

Please be in prayer for Winston! I recently learned he had a pretty significant fall a few weeks ago and broke his wrist and forearm. After surgery and subsequent evaluations, he's been placed in Hartford Healthcare. He is in room 301 if anyone cares to visit him or send him cards. As far as the race goes, things are up in the air right now.
