OPP friends! (Especially Lindsay Ewing) You'll love this!

Audacious producer and OPP regular, Jessica Martinez, asked John H. Spencer (original founder of the Scottish Highland Festival & Games in CT) what he would eat if he could go back to Scotland.

HAGGIS.

Which is a traditional Scottish dish made from minced sheep’s heart, liver, and lungs mixed with onion, oats, suet, spices, and stock, then cooked inside a sheep’s stomach. 😬

Which led to this beautiful resuscitation of Robert Burns's poem, "Address to Haggis".
