What a fair!! Throughout the course of our 3 days we managed to host 8 pageants with an amazing turnout for a grand total of 92 contestants!!!
First, I would like to extend my gratitude to every contestant who participated in and contributed to the Ohio County Fair. Regardless of placement, each and every one of you is exceptional, talented, and serves a vital purpose. We had the pleasure of meeting some outstanding young ladies and women through this fair, and we feel blessed to have received numerous compliments stating that this was their favorite competition to date. Due to higher numbers and limited space, we had to make some adjustments that were less than ideal; therefore, we appreciate the flexibility and assistance provided by contestants, parents, and relatives, which helped ensure the smooth ex*****on of these pageants.
To my exceptional pageant coordinators Spenser, Brittany and Lauren. A heartfelt thank you is merely the beginning to express my gratitude for the tireless efforts, meticulous preparation and remarkable flexibility you demonstrated. Despite the chaos of Friday and Saturday, with numerous moving parts and external challenges, we persevered through exhaustion and stress, emerging stronger and more united after another successful fair. Your unwavering passion and dedication to empowering each contestant, though often unseen by the audience, is the driving force behind our collective success, and I am forever grateful for your contributions to our yearly endeavors.
To my past queens!! Ladies you truly rose to the occasion!!! My Teen, Miss and Mrs have been beacons of excellence all year but during this fair you not only helped contestants, calmed nerves, re assured parents, and helped to create privacy for contestants, but also worked tirelessly. You demonstrated remarkable diligence and dedication! I am forever grateful for the profound impact you've had on Ohio County, representing us both overall and locally, and though it's hard to bid you farewell, I eagerly await the incredible things the future holds for each of you!
Josie, Kylie, Kennedy, and April I love you ladies so much, thank you is really so simple for everything you helped accomplish, remember I will always be cheering each of you on with unwavering support and unrelenting enthusiasm!!!
To our winners: we are incredibly grateful that you will be representing us for the next year! I reminded several girls that everything unfolds in Gods perfect timing and it was destined for them to be part of our pageant! Pre teen and Teen will compete at state in just a few weeks while Ms. Mrs and Miss will compete in January. We are beyond thrilled about this year and eager for their reign to begin! please remember I am here to answer ANY questions and provide guidance and support in any way I can this year!
To the fair board: I am deeply grateful for your unwavering support and trust in me to oversee our pageants with the utmost integrity, ensuring state regulations are meticulously followed. Thank you for your tireless efforts to help us transform a humble building into a majestic stage fit for queens.
Now time to envision greatness at state competitions, inspire these amazing ladies through interviews, support during parades and create a brighter future for next year!
