Blackford Co. 4-H & Open Fair Blackford County 4H & Open Fair is June 20th - 27th, 2026 Blackford County 4H & Open Fair is held the second full week of July.

We provide a variety of entertainment throughout the week including concerts, contests, parade, and many other things. Also, the week is full of 4H livestock shows, auction, and a wide variety of other 4H projects on display. The fair has free parking and offers an assortment of delicious fair food including Blackford Fairboard's infamous pork chops and pork burgers. Come join us for a jammed pack week of family fun!

📣 State Fair Exhibit Drop-Off Reminder! 🏆🎡

If your 4-H’er has a project going to the Indiana State Fair, don’t forget to get your exhibit to the Extension Office by the appropriate deadline!

📌 Friday, July 31 by 4:00 p.m.
All exhibits except Foods and Garden/Herb

📌 Monday, August 10 by 9:00 a.m.
Foods and Garden/Herb exhibits

If your project is being transported by your family, you will be responsible for getting it to the State Fair and will need to pick up your State Fair project check-in tag from the Extension Office.
