The 2026 Blue Crab Arts and Crafts Festival will be held on Saturday and Sunday, May 23 and 24, 2026. Please note that this is a change from the previous three years, as the festival has been moved to a cooler weekend to enhance the experience for all attendees. Doors open at 10am each day and we wrap things up at 4pm.
What to Expect
This year, we anticipate welcoming over 3,000 visitors along with more than 100 vendors. The event promises to be filled with excitement and fun for everyone who attends.

We invite you to be a part of this vibrant festival and enjoy everything it has to offer. The event will take place over Memorial Day weekend, making it a perfect time to gather with friends and family.
Location
The Festival is in Hartfield, Virginia at 1860 Twiggs Ferry Rd., on the grounds of the Chesapeake Bay Croquet Club, the world’s largest croquet facility and the home of the 2024 World Croquet Championships. Vendors will set up in a manicured pine grove, in the shade. There is parking for 5000 attendees and oversized spaces for 150 vendors.
Vendors
We have vendors signed up and have room for more. Vendors spots are assigned first-come-first-served! Reply to this email for a Vendor Agreement. The vendor fee is $70 for both days or $50 for one day. There is no charge for food vendors or vendors who primarily offer youth activities.
