We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience in our response time after the fire while we worked to figure out a plan going forward for the weddings this summer.

One of our communities great partners, Shaker Village, has reached out and opened up some dates on their calendar to accommodate some of our couples and we are pleased to recommend them to any couples that may be looking for a venue in the future.

The Farmstead at Shawnee Springs has been a joy for our family to run and operate over the last 4 years. We have laughed, cried, sweated, cleaned, mopped, mowed and everything in between.

Due to the tragic fire that occurred last week and destroyed the wedding barn, we have made the difficult decision to close this business after July 31st. Thankfully no one was hurt in this fire and the rest of the property other than the barn was left unharmed. We want to take this opportunity to thank all of the families and couples that allowed us to work with them on their big day and for the lifelong friends we have made along the way.

We will still be working to make the weddings and events we have scheduled between now and then be as magical and wonderful as they can be.

To our village that has supported us, cheered us on and helped throughout both growing this business and the last week of chaos after the fire, we love you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are heartbroken, but we are so thankful for the memories we’ve made together.

✨ The Farmstead Presents: Bridal Expo ✨

Calling all brides-to-be (and anyone who loves a good celebration)! Spend a cozy afternoon surrounded by wedding inspiration, beautiful details, and meaningful connections at our Bridal Expo + Consignment Sale at The Farmstead at Shawnee Springs.

This special event brings together local wedding vendors from Mercer County and surrounding areas, all set up to showcase their services, share ideas, and help you envision your big day. While you explore, you’ll also have the chance to browse a bridal and event consignment sale happening simultaneously, where brides can sell items they no longer need and brides-to-be or party enthusiasts can shop for unique, gently used décor at great prices.

✨ Wedding vendors will be located inside the house, while the consignment sale will take place in the barn, making it easy to enjoy both experiences in one visit.
