We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their patience in our response time after the fire while we worked to figure out a plan going forward for the weddings this summer.

One of our communities great partners, Shaker Village, has reached out and opened up some dates on their calendar to accommodate some of our couples and we are pleased to recommend them to any couples that may be looking for a venue in the future.

The Farmstead at Shawnee Springs has been a joy for our family to run and operate over the last 4 years. We have laughed, cried, sweated, cleaned, mopped, mowed and everything in between.

Due to the tragic fire that occurred last week and destroyed the wedding barn, we have made the difficult decision to close this business after July 31st. Thankfully no one was hurt in this fire and the rest of the property other than the barn was left unharmed. We want to take this opportunity to thank all of the families and couples that allowed us to work with them on their big day and for the lifelong friends we have made along the way.

We will still be working to make the weddings and events we have scheduled between now and then be as magical and wonderful as they can be.

To our village that has supported us, cheered us on and helped throughout both growing this business and the last week of chaos after the fire, we love you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are heartbroken, but we are so thankful for the memories we’ve made together.
