Day to we travel back to the 60s and 70s. The girls played Groovy Twister, tie dyed shirts, made cool head bands and lip gloss in the 60s before traveling to the 70s where they adopted pet rocks, made Jean pocket purses, and learned about the very first Earth Day.

The week is off to a great start. Here are pictures from day 1. We traveled back in time to the 50s and learned some cool slang, how play dough was invented and about the GS tradition SWAPs.

2025 Camp Theme: Girl Scouting Through the Decades

Fasten your seatbelts and get ready for a trip back in time to celebrate some of our favorite decades. Girls will learn from the Girl Scouts that came before them while enjoying a throwback to the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. So break out the bell bottoms or poodle skirt as we enjoy some Girl Scout timeless traditions. Girls in rising 6th and 7th grades will experience off-site adventures.
