In Harrisonburg Virginia, since 2022 before that for his parents Carolin and Rob for 33 years.
This piano was from the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Buena Vista Virginia where I tuned it for 30 years, for whom I arranged the sale for and found for Charlie who was looking a grand.

Tuning/Prep Steinway (L) grand piano for my friend and client Alvaro in Lexington Virginia, since 2020.
This piano is a recent upgrade from his previous Baldwin (R) grand piano. This Steinway is one of the better-quality sounding and playing pianos I have seen and is a more recent L model, far superior to the poorer quality L grands Steinway made in the past, that develop sluggish sticking actions and are a frailer construction, sound and touch, made for mass marketing and lower income clientele.

Tuning/Prep Kohler & Campbell KCG-450 grand piano & Wm Knabe & Co. WV-243 Studio Piano. for my new friend and client Ann in Fort Defiance Virginia. This grand piano is a stencil piano made by Samick Piano Company Korea. A Stencil piano is a piano built by a manufacturer to sell in a specific market; The name was purchased from the original manufacturer. Samick made many stencil pianos under different names. They are similar in quality to the Samick name grands. The Wm Knabe & Co. is also stencil piano made by Samick.
