“My time on Moz has been nothing short of the most amazing dance experience of my life. I have learned so much about movement, individuality, friendship, and the genuine love that I have for dance. My time at JMU would be nothing without Mozaic and I am forever grateful and blessed to have this team be a part of me forever.“

“After graduating I moved back home to Massachusetts and will be pursuing a career in both of my majors of dance and creative advertising!”

About Ari’s time on Moz:

“Being on Moz has been the best 3 years of my life. It’s given me the opportunity to grow not only as a dancer, but as a person. I’ve made lifelong friends, created memories I’ll cherish forever, and learned so much about myself. Being Moz President for the past 2 years has been one of the best and most rewarding experiences. It challenged me creatively and helped me gain confidence in myself in ways I never expected. I’m so grateful for every moment, every lesson, and every member who made this journey so special. “Mozaic has truly been the best thing I have ever been involved in. From the late nights practicing together to the early mornings getting ready for performances, it was all perfect to me. I don’t know how my time at JMU would’ve been spent without this team. It has been a pleasure meeting every person on this team and I truly will cherish my time with every single one of them. About Sophia’s time on Moz:

“When I joined Moz four years ago, I had no idea how much joy and fulfillment it would bring to my life. This team has offered me a safe space to grow and connect with so many incredibly supportive people who all share the same love and passion for dance. I owe everything to this team for introducing me to my best friends and for allowing me to create memories that will last a lifetime. Getting to choreograph for this team and dance alongside my favorite people has been the greatest gift I could ask for. Moz is so incredibly special to me and my college experience wouldn’t have been what it was without it! MOZ4L!!”

About Lindsey’s time on Moz:

“I only started doing hip-hop when I was 12 and looking back I was really terrible at it. But believe it or not the swag is something Moz gave me. Thank God. When I look back at videos of me dancing as a freshman, I can see how much I’ve grown in four years. I’m eternally grateful that Moz was able to do that for me. Being a confident hip-hop dancer is the biggest ego boost and best personality trait a girl could ever have. I know I’ve said this so many times, but I low-key came to JMU for Mozaic, and now four years later, I still want to continue dancing because of Mozaic. So that’s a big thanks to anyone who’s ever been on the team with me and helped me grow.“

What Lindsey will be up to after graduation:

“Why I’ll be up to after school is begging on my hands and knees for a big girl job in ny. I’m talking marketing, writing, internal comm, strategy, healthcare comm, PR, media, if u have any connections hmu. Oh and im gonna get Charles a nice ass set up and redo my room at home. I’m also thinking about starting a portfolio for dance so I can audition for s**t if I want 🤷‍♀️”

“Being a part of MOZ has impacted me immensely over the last two years. The passion for dance that I had previously begun to lose came back through my participation in MOZ. Within the team, I have met some of the most genuine, kind, funny, and talented people. I found inspiration in each and every person, and I will be forever grateful for how comforting and welcoming this community has been. Joining this team was probably the best decision I made throughout my college experience, and I could not have imagined the past two years without MOZ.
