Real estate is one of the last true full-commission industries left. You can spend months, sometimes over a year, working with a client, showing property after property, and they end up buying nothing. You get paid nothing. There’s no salary waiting. There’s no safety net. That’s not a complaint. That’s just the reality of what this business is.

People from other industries will tell you they understand pressure. Maybe they do. But if you’re getting a paycheck regardless of the outcome, you don’t understand this. You can’t. This business asks you to show up at your absolute highest level, deliver incredible service, pour yourself into someone’s biggest financial decision, and still risk walking away with zero. That changes a person. It builds a different kind of human being.
