Mark your calendars and gather the family for an evening of festive, safe, and spooky community fun! The City of Harrah invites residents and neighbors of all ages to Harrah's Halloween Bash at Heritage Park.

* Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
* Location: Heritage Park

What to Expect
This family-friendly annual celebration brings our community together for an unforgettable night featuring:
* Trick-or-Treating: A safe, festive environment for little ghouls and goblins to collect treats.
* Entertainment: Live performances by magicians.
* Activities & Games: Face painting and giant inflatables for kids of all ages.
* Local Eats: Delicious local food trucks serving up savory treats and autumn refreshments.

Put on your favorite Halloween costume, bring your trick-or-treat bags, and come join your friends and neighbors at Heritage Park for an evening filled with community spirit and autumn joy.

🚧 QUICK ACCESS UPDATE FOR OUR SHOP GUESTS! 🚧

Just a heads up if you’re headed our way! There is currently construction just north of The Shop on Luther Road that has completely closed the road in that area.

The good news is access to The Shop from 23rd Street is OPEN and completely fine! 🙌 And if you’re coming from the Kickapoo Turnpike, you can still exit onto 23rd Street and get to us just like normal.

If you’re coming from north of The Shop on Luther Road, you’ll need to take an alternate route and come in from Harrah Road or Triple X Road, depending on where you’re coming from.

We’re hoping this won’t cause too much trouble for anyone, but we wanted to give our customers a heads up so nobody gets caught off guard! ❤️
