We know, we know... we just finished Dog Days of Kentucky. But after this year’s incredible turnout, we’re already cooking up plans for 2027!

Dog Days of Kentucky returns to Downtown Harlan on August 28, 2027!

And once again, we’ll be searching for the BEST HOT DOG IN KENTUCKY, with a $1,500 grand prize and statewide bragging rights! 🏆🌭

So help us start the search early! Tag your favorite hot dog food truck, restaurant, roadside stand, hot dog slinger, or secret wiener wizard in the comments below and help us get Dog Days of Kentucky on their 2027 calendar!

We don’t care where in Kentucky they’re coming from. If they think their hot dog has what it takes, we want them in Downtown Harlan.
