We’re sorry to announce that The Washington Jefferson Ride will be postponed for two weeks, until March 21st. We hope this will give Mother Nature some time to dry out the roads, especially the MMRs. Latest report from that area is still for a lot of heavy rain on Friday, which will mean lots of muddy roads on Saturday. We hope that everyone can make the new date. Your entry fee will still go toward a donation to Pink Gravel !

Good morning, WJR friends!

As we look forward to next weekend, we are a bit worried about the weather outlook. As many of you have come to love and expect, the WJR route typically has many miles of beautiful MMRs. The current forecast means we'll have to switch to wet routes, cut out the MMRs, and add several miles of paved roads. We'd rather not route you onto pavement. We'll decide in the next few days but wanted to give you a heads up: If we have to reschedule, our rain date is Saturday, MARCH 21st. So, please pencil that in and stay tuned!
