Tonight is THE NIGHT and we hope to see many of you here. Remember, we are open from 6pm until 10pm and RUKKUS will be playing classic rock in the SHADY LADY main hall thereafter until close. Come on out and entertain your Halloween evening options! Food, snacks, and beverages available.

"Hi, I just wanted you to know what a great time the 2 granddaughters and I had Friday night in your Haunted House. They absolutely loved it, and were scared to death still screaming as we drove home! They have been to Universal Studios "Haunted Halloween Night" in Orlando, FL at $60 a pop, and said your Haunted House was far, far better!!! Nice job!

45 pumpkins, 13 jack-o-lanterns, and 200 bats complete the decorating in preparation for this weekend's festivities. The haunted house will reopen Thursday October 30th to Saturday November 1st from 6-10pm and the band Rukkus will be playing classic rock from 10pm to 1am on Halloween night after the last tour. Come out and join us for some great Halloween fun.

You're not the only thing on the menu....Our host offers a limited but reasonably priced menu, made fresh daily. Afterward...treat yourself to family recipe, from scratch pumpkin spice cookies, brownies, and other seasonal favorites such as candied and caramel apples to satisfy your sweet tooth. Chips and softdrinks including slushies are also available.

Over 100 likes in the first day on Facebook....thank you all so much for your likes, input, and of course your continued support. The Haunted House in Hancock and all of it's staff and volunteers appreciate your patronage whether you show up in person, share our love of a good scare, or simply like our page. Keep on sharing and letting everyone know that there's in fact something fun to do for the whole family on the weekends leading up to Halloween in Hancock....rain or shine. We'll keep posting photos and updates as they become available.

Tonight was an absolute success! Lots of fun and an abundance of screams. Many thanks to all of those that attended and as always, many thanks to all of our volunteers for their input and dedication to making this great.

This year marks the 35th anniversary of the original 1979 "Alien" movie and we have our own "fan made" feature to pay homage to what we consider a classic horror film, and in memory of the artist H.R. Giger (1940-2014) who provided the inspiration for the film's nemesis.
