From October 24th through 25th, Great Lakes Dungeon Siege returns for its third iteration. Now in its second year in Detroit, GLDS continues to boast an eclectic lineup of both dungeon synth and related heavy hitters and obscure artists. From Thangorodrim’s dark, heavy dungeon synth to Malfet’s emotive, Arthurian music and Sorrowmoon’s atmospheric dungeon metal, Great Lakes Dungeon Siege 2026 will deliver a Siege for the ages!

Prices: $60 single day pass, $80 two-day pass

Shane Hall, otherwise known for his work as Messiah Carey and Sombre Arcane, is an important figure in dungeon synth. As a member of the Northeast Dungeon Siege team, Shane is, in part, to thank for the live dungeon synth movement. He's an important dude - say hi to him if you see him.

As Phranick, Hall defies all musical expectations and rules. No compromises, just fluid genre fusion as Hall sees fit, leading to some interesting moments of dungeon freestyle, epic prog guitar solos, and more. Without fail, each Phranick performance is a unique piece of art.

Having played at Great Lakes Dungeon Siege 2025 as Vale Minstrel, the artist behind the project Faydark has maintained a low profile until very recently. Now, we are lucky to have Faydark, another project which began to perform live, on our stage, as well. Faydark's dark, deep dungeon synth takes the audience on an excellent, smoke-filled quest.
