Powered by the People, the Hamtramck Music Fest's organizers and musicians are volunteering their time and talents for the betterment of our extended community. Hundreds of bands and dozens of venues are featured during 'the largest local music festival of its kind,' taking place the first weekend of March annually. Through pro-active citizenry, music, and culture, the HMF is determined to celebrate and enrich our community in Hamtramck and the surrounding Metropolitan Detroit area.
