The NekoCon Cosplay department is excited to announce our next judge! We look forward to welcoming Tacocat cosplay to NekoCon.
Tacocat (she/her) is a Texas based cosplayer with nearly a decade of experience bringing intricate creations to life. Known for her award-winning mixed media craftsmanship builds and performances, Tacocat loves pushing her creative boundaries by learning new techniques and sharing them with the community. She shares her work through streaming, educational panels, hand workshops, tutorials, and work as a cosplay educator with Designs in Machine Embroidery, with the goal of making cosplay more accessible, positive, and inclusive for everyone. Nekocon is proud to announce Jon Allen as a 2026 Voice Actor Guest!

Jon Allen is a Los Angeles–based stand-up comedian, voice actor, and pop-culture panelist whose career lives at the intersection of comedy, animation, and fandom. Best known to animation audiences as Mori in FLCL Progressive and for his work on Rick and Morty, Allen brings the instincts of a seasoned stand-up to every performance, onstage, on mic, or in front of a packed convention hall. Before becoming a working voice actor, Allen spent years as a touring stand-up comedian, developing a sharp, conversational style that translates naturally to panels, Q&As; and live appearances. His ability to improvise, engage crowds, and think comedically in real time has made him a recurring presence at major fan conventions, including San Diego Comic-Con, Anime Expo, and WonderCon. With a background that also includes professional wrestling, Allen connects authentically with a wide range of fandoms, blending humor, storytelling, and genuine enthusiasm for the communities he serves.
