Every now and then I’ll make time for a mentee (or mentees); and it’s truly about them and how they show up in relationship to learn and grow.

I’m so grateful to pour into these young women- it’s THE best experience to watch someone “become” - season after season after season.

It’s part big sis/professor/ and dare I say, auntie energy to pour in but this is community building without borders!

You’re never too young to have a mentor, and you’re never too old to have a mentee.

I’m not promoting asking people to mentor you because it’s a DEEP commitment, but if you’re in need of one, don’t ask “can you be my mentor?” Instead, ask some variation of “may I have 5-10 minutes of your time to consider something?” And be ready to commit to your process.

And if you’re seeking mentees, we can talk!

We had such an incredible time chatting.

You’d think we’ve known each other for ages.

I’ve often heard, “you never meet a stranger,” so when it happens it’s a bit mind boggling to reflect on it, and in the moment, usual walls come down and the decision is made to share a little deeper.
