We are officially less than a month away from the 2024 Hammond Scottish Festival!

Going to be a very busy month as prizes roll in, last minute paper work is finished, and the field is prepped. Very excited to see everyone!

We are just a weeee but over a month away from the Hammond Scottish Festival and Battle on the Border

Still looking for an assistant Athletic Director to take over for me next year, as well as someone to supervise the stone lift demonstration, if you are interested please reach out to me!

I am still in need of several volunteers. If you are interested in assisting with putting on a fantastic show for the community, please get ahold of me!

I am also still actively looking for a replacement Athletic Director for next year's festival, or at least a Co-AD, so that I am able to take a step back. No experience required!

Hammond Scottish Festival update:

I am still looking to fill some volunteer positions, including additional judges, helpers, and a second MC. If you are interested, please let me know.

Additionally, I'd like to bring on board an Co-/Assistant Athletic Director. This will be the last year I can be fully at the helm for Heavy Athletics, as I will have too much on my plate going forward.

Experience with Heavy Athletics appreciated, but not necessarily required. If you would like to join me this year to find out what running a high quality event is like, feel free to reach out! You don't even necessarily have to be ready to run 100% of the show by 2025, so please don't hesitate to get a hold of me!
