Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr., the City of Hammond Department of Parks & Recreation, and Modern Midways are excited to announce the return of the Carnival Mega Pass for the 22nd Annual Festival of the Lakes, offering unlimited access to the festival’s thrilling carnival rides!
Mega Passes are available now for just $70 and can be purchased online at www.FestivaloftheLakes.com or in person at the Hammond Civic Center Business Office (5825 S. Sohl Ave) through Tuesday, July 14th at 4:00 p.m. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Payments are accepted by cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
For added convenience, Mega Passes will also be available during the festival at the Modern Midways Ticket Booth at Wolf Lake Memorial Park for $80, so purchase early and save $10!
The Carnival Mega Pass provides unlimited carnival ride access for one person on the following days and times:
Wednesday, July 15th: 5:00 PM – Close
Thursday, July 16th: Not Valid
Friday, July 17th: 5:00 PM – Close
Saturday, July 18th: Noon – Close
Sunday, July 19th: Noon – Close
Important Notes:
Carnival entry on Thursday, July 16, 2026 (Jelly Roll concert) is only permitted with the purchase of a concert ticket. The Mega Pass is not valid on this date and will not be honored without a valid concert ticket admitting entry to the festival grounds.
To receive your wristband (required for ride access), simply bring your pass or online barcode to the Modern Midways Office at Wolf Lake Memorial Park beginning Wednesday, July 15th at 5:00 p.m.
Please note: All Mega Pass sales are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
