No, it’s not even Halloween yet.
Yes, I’m still sharing some holiday market inspo photos.

This market’s theme is Hard Candy Christmas. A nod to Dolly, with over-the-top color and glimmer and the right amount of nostalgia.

I can’t wait to see what our makers bring to the holiday table 🫶

Photos sourced from all corners of the internet :)

SPONSOR ROLLCALL 📣

Meet Brianne of Brianne | Small Shelves, Big Imagination the tiniest mobile bookstore that we’ve ever seen and loved. Not only is Brianne a local fixture and fave, she’s a market vendor!

When she’s not at events with her adorable pink book trailer, she can be found at Blu Design Co. where you can find magical children’s books and hand crocheted creatures made by Brianne.

Thank you for supporting our market and makers, Brianne | Small Shelves, Big Imagination 🫶

SPONSOR ROLLCALL ⭐️

Meet Ari of The Table Edit | Tablescape Rentals 🍽️ When Ari reached out about connecting over our mutual love of sustainability, I knew she’d be the perfect sponsor for us.

No more buying single use tablescape items for your intimate gatherings, the Table Edit has you covered. Not only does Ari have beautifully curated rentals available for you, but she’ll take setting up for your event off of your proverbial plate, and I think that’s pretty cool.

Thank you Ari for believing in what we do and supporting our magical market 🫶

If it’s cheap, it’s because someone isn’t getting paid.

I read that somewhere last week and it really resonated with me. We’ve been so brainwashed into searching for the least expensive things, that we’ve sacrificed quality in exchange for unpaid labor.

There’s no better time than now to slow down on buying poorly-made goods that you don’t really need and work on investing in things that fill your cup while supporting the makers and your local economy.

Don’t let them fool you this holiday weekend, big corporations do NOT need your patronage, no matter how shiny those memorial day discounts are.

Take a look at your favorite local small businesses, many of them will be hosting holiday weekend specials that makes shopping small just a little bit sweeter.

Shop small. Shop local. Shop sustainable goods.

It’s really that simple. Tag a maker friend you want to support! 👇
