“I make it a priority to assess and instruct each player as an individual. Every player has strengths and weaknesses that must be enhanced and corrected in order to maximize their abilities as an athlete. I do not attempt to make players fit into any one mold. I address the issues that are most critical to each individual player in order to make them the best player they can be while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere.”
