GROWERS VIP WELCOME PARTY THIS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11

The road to pumpkin glory starts at Cameron's Inn & Pub in Half Moon Bay, where registered growers are invited to kick off Weigh-Off weekend with a special VIP (Very Important Pumpkin) Welcome Party!

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11 FROM 5–8 PM
Cameron's Pub and Inn
1410 Cabrillo Hwy S, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019

Registered Weigh-Off growers and their traveling parties (up to four people total per grower) are invited to enjoy complimentary food and beverages, reconnect with fellow competitors, and celebrate the incredible season.

Next Monday, October 12, the world’s greatest growers and their gargantuan gourds return to Half Moon Bay for the 53rd Annual Safeway World Championship Pumpkin Weigh Off, where one grower will emerge as Grand Champion and take home some serious hardware.

Along with one of the highest prize purses in competitive pumpkin growing, this year’s champion will receive the coveted Mel Mello Sr. Grand Champion Growers Jacket and a expertly crafted one of a kind 14k 2026 Grand Champion Ring.

A huge thank you to Goldworks for their continued support of the Weigh Off and for once again crafting this incredible masterpiece worthy of a world champion. While the final ring is still in production, here's a sneak peek of what is to come.
