Saturday: Training Philosophy & Foundation
Get back to basics with a high-drive twist! Saturday will focus on building the ultimate foundation, including:
- Effective use of food and toy rewards.
- Mastering quick, motivating transitions between exercises.
- Achieving precise, animated heeling.
- Speedy, enthusiastic recalls and finishes/returns.
- Crisp stationary positions to lay the groundwork for signals and command discrimination.
Sunday: Advanced Work & Progression
We’ll build on Saturday’s foundation and elevate your training to advanced exercises, troubleshooting and polishing:
- Dynamic retrieves and go-outs.
- Confident, clean jumping.
- Flawless scent discrimination.
- Reliable, distance-defying signals.
