Introducing A Sunset Soirée ✨ A new way to gather at Sunset Ranch Hawai‘i🌿
Whether you’re celebrating a special milestone, gathering with friends, hosting colleagues, or toasting an engagement, a Sunset Soirée was created to bring your favorite people together for a celebration that feels distinctly yours.
Designed for intimate celebrations of 20–40 guests, each Sunset Soirée brings together the beauty of our private North Shore estate with thoughtful details and signature inclusions for an effortlessly beautiful gathering.
Available Monday–Thursday from 10 AM – 8 PM, each three-hour Sunset Soirée includes:
✦ Exclusive access to our 30-acre private estate, including our Guest Suites and Courtyard Chapel
✦ Personalized event planning + on-site coordination
✦ Custom event design, including a garden-style lounge set, cocktail tables, linens, floral arrangements + lawn games
✦ Heavy passed appetizers prepared on-site by our renowned chef, thoughtfully curated for a cocktail-style celebration
✦ Hosted bar service, beginning with a signature welcome cocktail followed by beer + wine service
✦ Live entertainment — choose between a Hawaiian trio or string trio
✦ One hour of professional photography
✦ Locally crafted honey favors for every guest
