The 2025 Gypsum Pie Festival and car show happened today, not without some challenges, but we did it!
Big thanks to all that pulled it off!!!
I was concerned early this morning, knowing we had over 200 pies at the auditorium and the rain was coming down heavily!!!
But, our faith and patience paid off, by 2:15 pm, we were sold out!!!
Thank you Lord!!!
Our T shirt sales went great, with our professional personnel !!!
We had fewer vehicles, but a very good crowd of spectators.
This event could not happen without all the awesome volunteers giving so freely of their time and talent!
And the special people that ventured out with their show cars and trucks. You are great!!!
And last but not least, the wonderful people that came to view all that entered and eat some delicious pie.
It’s all about Cars, Pie and People!!!!
THANK YOU!!!!

What a great day, regardless of the rain before the event started! We had a great time, sold completely out of pies, and had a decent turnout all things considered. We have certainly have had worse.
Thank you all for coming out to enjoy hot rods and pies wish us!

What a great day we had yesterday!!!
The annual Gypsum Pie Festival and car show went off without too many problems!
The benefit for the Ballou Family was a huge success!
Many thanks to Jay and Trish Bartlett for organizing, cooking and serving the delicious meal. Thank you to all the volunteers that helped with that show of kindness! God bless you all!
It was a perfect day and we had lots of very beautiful,unique and interesting vehicles.
Our little town was full of visitors from near and far.
A very big Thank you to all of the vehicle owners who lined our Main Street and Fifth street and the spectators who came to admire them and eat some pie!
A very special Thank you to all of the volunteers that made this a spectacular day!
We can’t put on an event of this kind without a lot of volunteer help and our volunteers are top notch!!!
Hope to see you all next year!!!!

Another successful Gypsum Pie Festival and Car/Tractor show is history!!
I would like to thank all of the individuals that worked tirelessly to make this a successful and fun day.
A big thank you to all the people that entered the vehicles for public viewing!
And thank you to all the spectators! It’s all for you!!!
Thanks to all the vendors providing food, drink and crafts.
A another big thank to our Face Painters, the kids all loved it!!!
And lastly, the biggest thank you for all the volunteers that worked tirelessly all day! We can’t do this event without YOU!!
I thank each and everyone of you!❤️

One week to go!!!
A week from today our Main street will be lined with vehicles from across the state. And there will be PIE!!!
Come visit our beautiful little town in the valley next Sunday and experience the Gypsum Pie Festival and Car Show.
New this year, we are adding a Tractor show for you tractor guys!!!

Registration for cars starting at 8:30am, Pie sales at 9:00am and our own home town raised DJ, Travis will be playing some awesome music all day and doing the announcements!!!!

There will be food available from Kelly's Kitchen Food Truck, the Methodist Church Ladies (Pie also}, Exit 14 Restaurant, and the Bethe Family Fundraiser group.
Also our favorite Popcorn guy Randy, Root Beer, and new this year, Blue Dream Snowcones will be here, for your snacking pleasure!!!!!
Our Pie Committee will be selling Pie by the slice and whole pies in the Gypsum City Auditorium, starting at 9am.

The Gypsum Flea Market will be open and will also have spaces outside available for rent to vendors.

We get lots of neat cars and trucks, classic, customs and hot rods for your viewing pleasure!!!!

Come and join in the Fun on Sunday, May 28th!!!
