You are invited to Bilyfest XV: Bedhead & BBQ on October 17, 2026. This party is pajama themed. Costumes/ themed outfits are optional & encouraged.

See attached for a PDF of the Signup Sheets for the Cook Off teams as well as a Google Form link where you can fill the signup sheet out online. The signup sheets include the check in time, turn in times, and rubric/ point disclaimer for judging. PLEASE be sure to read the regulations to avoid point deductions.

Cook Off teams are welcome to come out and set up the night before. If you plan on using a lot of power we ask that you bring a generator, the house can only hold so much. Camping spots are on a first come, first serve basis.

Lunch will be provided and people will be serving off of their pits. There will be a keg. BYOB for your favorites and something for the shot block.

A FEW RULES: Kids - bring them and take them home when it gets dark. Guns - leave them at home or locked in your car. If we see them we will assume you are trying to shoot us. RV’s - they are welcome, call ahead. If you are asked to settle down or go to bed, do it. Pets - leave them at home or leashed at all times.

Updates and reminders will be sent out via email as the date approaches. For questions please call/text Jackie at 713-553-6610 or Codi at 713-851-8794 or Colton at 832-409-8179 or email [email protected]. See you all soon!
