Hello Friends!
It's almost time for the 4th Annual Awakened Life Yoga Festival! Check out the class descriptions and teacher bios on our page . or website here http://www.awakenedlifeyogafestival.com/.
This party is ON rain or shine!
We will move the classes into cabin 33 if weather gets bad on Sunday
If you have not paid yet, To help check in go smoothly, please pay on the paypal link paypal.me/jenhamyoga or pay cash at fest.
Food will be available from Juice Babe but unfortunately Juice and smoothies will not be provide, cash only please for food.
DIRECTIONS:
GPS Gulf State Park Golf Course or #1 Newberry Drive and follow yoga fest signs or;
If entering park from Hwy 59, Go East at Hwy 181 (Burger King on the corner) and enter Gulf State Park by going straight at the big curve.
Coming in from Florida, head west on Hwy 182 (beach rd) and after the 2nd Gulf State Park Overpass, take your first right (Hwy 135), follow the curvy road around and at the next road you come to take a right onto State Park Rd 2, follow yoga fest signs toward Lakeside Cottages #1 Newberry Drive.

What to Bring:
Bring Tent or Hammock, cooler, snacks(if camping)
we expect scattered rain saturday so prepare accordingly.
The beach is a five minute drive or a 15 minute bike if you want some beach time bring your suit!

Yoga Mat
Beach Towel for sitting by firepit or
Folding Chair or backjack
Alter Item (optional)
Kayak, Paddleboards, Bike (optional) we are right on Lake Shelby and Lots of trailheads for biking and hiking.
Bug Spray (mosquitoes come out at sunset for a very short time)
Sunscreen
Journal
Pen
If you are camping you can drive to the tent area to unload then all parking will be at the Gulf State Park's old golf course(closed now). Signs will be posted.
