What. A. Weekend.

The 50th Annual Gueydan Duck Festival was one we will never forget! From the music and contests to the food, dancing, reunions, and traditions that have been passed down through generations, this year reminded us exactly why the Duck Festival has meant so much to our community for the past 50 years.

To every volunteer, sponsor, participant, entertainer, vendor, visitor, and member of our community who helped make our 50th celebration so special — THANK YOU. This festival simply would not be possible without you.

Here’s a look back at a weekend 50 years in the making. 🦆💚

And while we may have closed the book on our 50th celebration, the tradition continues…
See you August 26–29, 2027!

Thank you AB Films for capturing the weekend perfectly!

We were honored to feed the Gueydan High School Football Team their pregame meal today! Good luck tonight boys!
