We've had fun getting these sides recipes down pat this week👏. Finding a way to incorporate as much from our local producers isn't the easy way, but its fun and it tastes better!

🧀Crispy Cheesy Mac is made from scratch and seasoned with some smoked salts from Apocalypse Acres (Customize with Buffalo or Garlic Aoli sauce)

🥒🍅Cool Cucumber Salad has veggies from Noble Roots Farm , Our Farm 2 Your Table , and H&H Berry Farms, topped with feta cheese.

🥔Sweet southern style Potato Salad made with eggs (Harrison Creek Farm LLC ), Potatoes (Our Farm 2 Your Table), Crisp celery from Family Farms FL and Anderson Farms & Apiary for a sweet and tangy honey mustard

🍔 Menu is out! Come join us next weekend for some good food and community. Something we could all use more of!

🧑‍🌾 Anything we CAN source from our local farmers, we will be….Beef, veggies, spices, etc.

We’ll be grilling out back and have plenty of seating inside 😎 🧊

All other menu items will be prepared fresh in house :)

We’re not a grocery store, but we are here to talk about local food ☝️ That’s why you might walk out of here with a latte and a zucchini 😆

📍 When we say local, we mean “around the corner”. Most of the local producers that are included in our Co-Op, are within 20 miles of the shop. Many with 5!

Our goal is simple….to increase community awareness of, and access to, local food. Regardless of whether we work directly with a producer, we’re always eager to share how and where our community can support local food producers. 👨‍🌾 🧑‍🍳
