↘️Heartfelt rant incoming ↙️
When you walk into this building, you're not just grabbing a drink, a plant or a candle. You're supporting a wide network of truly local small businesses and helping us build something for the future of our city. For us, brick and mortar is the long term investment Groveland Needs. The big bet and risky venture that is necessary to build a downtown culture we can all be proud of.
💵Here’s how your hard earned money works for the cause:
☕️ When you buy a coffee, we can keep ordering from our local roasters that have been established 15+ years here in Groveland.
🥞 Every mini pancake, handcrafted drink or ice cream your buy from Sharky's Sips, keeps them here and fosters, not just our working relationship, but our friendship that we’ve built through this shared vision for the space.
🧑🌾 Your average Co-Op order supports 10+ producers, most within 5 miles of the shop. 100% of those proceeds go directly to those local farmers, bakers, etc.
🏢 You buy anything in here…that helps us pay our overhead our landlord, a private owner who ran a business out of this building 20 years ago and still lives in our community, not an absent investor.
🪴 If you walk out with a plant, you've passed money along to a 4th generation family growing operation in Groveland.
🖼️ If you buy a piece of art off the wall...100% of those proceeds go directly to the local artist.
📣 When you come in and have a conversation with us about what you want to see for the future of Groveland, your voice carries to those who can make it happen. Our days off are spent at city meetings, focus groups and committees to give feedback to the staff and elected officials so they can make the right decisions that keep our small town focused on small business and making a place where residents want to spend their time.
❤️ We're here for you Groveland ❤️ THANK YOU for being here for us!!
