To our Royal families— we have a message to share that’s been weighing on our hearts heavily.

This week, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional children” can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home.

This news is nothing short of shocking. In our ever-changing world of artificial intelligence, anything posted online can (and likely will!) be used to train programs that produce AI-generated content.

Moving forward, we will be limiting the photos we share that feature identifiable faces of children, regardless of our agreed upon photo release.

That said, we know the photography we provide is a very special part of our party packages and events, and we will be more than happy to share your event’s full digital albums privately!

We may still share some little smiling faces, but you’ll just intentionally see a little bit less of them in your feed.

Parents (and fellow business owners!)— please feel free to share your input with us in the comments, we would love to hear your thoughts on this topic.

The safety of precious children will ALWAYS come before our business. To our clients, know that our team is committed to each child’s privacy first and foremost, and that magical moments can only happen when everyone involved feels safe and protected.
