A few days last week were well spent in Reno with some incredible peers in the precast industry for the 61st Annual Convention hosted by the National Precast Concrete Association 🙌

One of the things we value most about these gatherings is the opportunity to learn from others in our industry, share experiences, and build lasting relationships. NPCA does an incredible job of bringing people together and making those connections possible.

We always come home with new ideas, fresh perspectives, and something we can put to work right here at our own plant 💪

Remembering Buddy on what would have been his 96th birthday ❤️

It’s not lost on us the legacy we have the privilege of carrying on each and every day. The one Buddy & Jean began back in 1960. What an honor it is to continue what they started.

And golly, what we all would give to have one more day with Buddy working alongside us here at the plant….

Happy Birthday to our Dad, our Papa, our mentor, our friend—but most importantly, our Buddy ❤️
