Also our friends Sno Daze Shaved Ice - Caddo Mills, TX are paying for the first 10 kids general admission tickets and Baker’s Ribs has a special gift for the first 50 paid general admission tickets!

Estates 4th of July Extravaganza!

IMPORTANT EVENT INFO for tonight:

🤗 ENTRY IS FREE 🤗 But donations upon entry are VERY APPRECIATED as each one helps is reach our hoal to build the wheelchair accessible bathroom.

🎤Rooftop deck seats are SOLD OUT! 🎤 Reserved Rooftop deck guests can pick up VIP Bracelet at the white VIP entry tent.

🎪Vendors:🎪
You may arrive throughout the day today for set up.
All inside vendors should be setting up by 3:30pm. The main gate will close at 4:30 sharp. NO VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED IN AFTER 4:30pm as to not have vehicles driving through pedestrian areas.
After unloading, vendor parking is through the black Forbes Plumbing gate, behind the cedar fence.

Gates open at 5pm. Bring your own lawn chairs!Fireworks will begin at dark around 9pm. Go see Savannah Bur State Farm Insurance Agent for ice cold water, and see Breaker Pro for free popsicles!
🎟️ Raffles: We are raffling off a FREE OVERNIGHT STAY at the cadyle for up to 14 guests! Tickets are $10 for 1, or 6 tickets for $50.
🎟️ 50/50 raffle: Half of the ticket funds go to the winner, the other half go toward the construction of the ADA bathroom. Tickets are $5 each or 6 for $20.
You can buy raffle tickets at both entrances, and at our middle booth that will also be selling bags of fish food 🐟 for $1 to use in our stocked pond. ❤️

We will have a golf cart giving rides to KEP main entrance of Adriana Estates.

is at Forbes Plumbing 351 FM 1903 Greenville, TX 75402.
💵 VIP: $10 exact cash preferred to not hold up the line. We will also have Zelle, Venmo & CashApp options.
