Well, the weather leaves a little to be desired, but we have coffee, we have lemonade, we have donut bites, we have funnel cakes... and we have cars! Get out while the gettin' good and see the sights!

Hi folks. We have gotten a lot of questions about having vendors at our events. We have two food/beverage vendors at each one, and a group of sponsors. We lock this in at the beginning of the year. The sponsors are given exclusive space to set up and display, and the sponsorship fee they pay annually, paid at the beginning of the season, includes advertising on our website at https://carsandcoffeegso.com as well as on social media. Sponsors are the only ones permitted to post advertising content in our Facebook group, which has about 15k members. The sponsorship fees help cover the costs of the event (space, trash, bathrooms, clean-up, and a police presence), with surplus going to the charity we help back, Victory Junction. We also try to avoid any duplication in sponsor business types (e.g., one detailing specialist, one glass specialist, etc.). If you are interested in sponsorship, I can put you in touch with our Treasurer. Just message us through this group/page. General Greene Chapter AACA, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit, so we can provide tax paperwork when requested.
