The Warren Cultural Center has a working Board. In fact, the only paid position is a part-time custodian.

One example is WCC's president, Michael Miller, shown here changing bulbs in the Lower Lobby gallery. Michael is also our resident IT expert, and you may have spotted him in the balcony running sound and lights at our shows.

WCC's other Board members are Doug Armstrong, Brenna Bruns, Dan Dickinson, Sam Grubisich, Nancy Queck, and Tim Redd. Everyone contributes in his/her own way to keep WCC running.

Come and support your local venue. Upcoming shows are local theater group Cumberland Rose Players presentation of "Boo! Thirteen Scenes from Halloween" by Pat Cook October 16, 17 and 18, Country Singer Jake McVey October 24 and "Morbid Curiosities: An Evening with Edgar Allan Poe" with Darrin Crow on October 30.

John Bybee, professor at Southeastern Community College in Burlington, Iowa, explained his art show titled "Preforms" during installation. His exhibition will be on display through November, so stop in and see it Mondays - Saturdays.
