Friday evening weddings in the summer are always so romantic and magical and that was definitely the case for Kaitlyn and Keelen! They had a gorgeous wedding down by the water at Oak Meadows and it everything was so elegant. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Lester!

Let’s talk phone calls —
Unfortunately, I have received just shy of 45 sp@ m calls on our business number in under 48 hours.
These are now coming from local numbers which is making it incredibly difficult to filter clients from sp am.
If you attempt to contact us, please leave a detailed message so I can get back to you.

Yesterday, I had 7 appointments (5 in person), 29 calls, and text messages from 11 clients. I didn’t get home from the venue until 10pm so I wasn’t able to get back to evening messages until today.

This is causing me to have a delayed response to potential clients as well as couples who have already booked.
I want to be transparent so you all know it is absolutely not intentional and I’m doing my best to make sure no one falls through the cracks and all questions are answered.

**So if you are reaching out to inquire-
PLEASE do this on our website so we can get you scheduled for a tour.
If you are calling- please leave a detailed voicemail.
If you are texting- please send me a follow up message if you haven’t heard from me in 24 hours.

Over the next few weeks, I am working towards having more established business hours and will share more on this soon😊
Thank you all for your patience and understanding! I want all of our couples and potential clients to feel they are getting the attention their wedding day deserves and working toward some changes will help us do this🤍

✨ We have been incredibly blessed to host 5 weddings in 10 days! ✨

My heart is so full, and I am beyond thankful for each couple who has trusted us with such a special day. ❤️

With the busy wedding schedule, I’ve fallen a bit behind on emails, messages, and inquiries while focusing on serving our current couples. I’m spending the next few days catching up on administrative tasks and responding to everyone.
