Let’s talk phone calls —
Unfortunately, I have received just shy of 45 sp@ m calls on our business number in under 48 hours.
These are now coming from local numbers which is making it incredibly difficult to filter clients from sp am.

Yesterday, I had 7 appointments (5 in person), 29 calls, and text messages from 11 clients. I didn’t get home from the venue until 10pm so I wasn’t able to get back to evening messages until today.
This is causing me to have a delayed response to potential clients as well as couples who have already booked.
I want to be transparent so you all know it is absolutely not intentional and I’m doing my best to make sure no one falls through the cracks and all questions are answered.
**So if you are reaching out to inquire-
PLEASE do this on our website so we can get you scheduled for a tour.
If you are calling- please leave a detailed voicemail.
If you are texting- please send me a follow up message if you haven’t heard from me in 24 hours.
Over the next few weeks, I am working towards having more established business hours and will share more on this soon😊
