This summer’s Children’s Chorus Camp is shaping up to be one of our biggest and most exciting years yet!

There’s still time for singers ages 10–15 to join us for a joyful week of music, connection, and creativity led by Magdalena Delgado of Uniting Voices Chicago.

Throughout the week, campers will explore music from around the world, build new friendships, and grow in confidence as performers and collaborators. Magdalena brings incredible energy and enthusiasm to the experience, and this is always such a fun and welcoming group for young singers.

The week concludes with a free public concert on July 2 at Demmer Recital Hall.

No audition required — just a love of singing and a willingness to jump in and be part of the experience.

Three Grammy Awards. Over 1,100 commissioned works. Performances at Carnegie Hall, the Sydney Opera House, and the Barbican in London. The Kronos Quartet has spent more than five decades redefining what a string quartet can be — and on June 16, they are coming to Ripon.

This is their first-ever appearance at the Green Lake Festival of Music, and it is not a coincidence. Three of the quartet's four members — Gabriela Díaz, Ayane Kozasa, and Paul Wiancko — have previously served on the faculty of the GLFM Chamber Music Institute. This concert is the culmination of a relationship that has been building for years.

Their program is as bold as you would expect: works by Jlin, Neil Young, Steve Reich, Raven Chacon, and others, spanning protest music, Indigenous voices, minimalism, and more. There is nothing else like it.

And it is completely free.

An all-Romantic programwith one of the most exciting young pianists performing today.

Jonathan Mamora, 2025 First Prize winner of the Hilton Head International Piano Competition, has been performing internationally since age 13. The Scotsman praised his solid technique and understated virtuosity. The Times UK noted that every effect was carefully judged and expertly deployed. His residency with GLFM this summer lets you decide for yourself.

The program will open with Chopin's complete 24 Preludes, Op. 28, a sweeping collection that moves through every major and minor key and every conceivable mood. After intermission, Schumann's Humoreske in B-flat Major closes with warmth, wit, and genuine emotional depth.

This is solo piano at its finest. And it will not cost you a thing. Join us!
