Space Race Rumpus

Space Race Rumpus June 5-7th 2026 annual 3-Day Family Cycling Festival with rides, camping, music and more! The event will take place June 9-11, 2017.

Pocahontas County, WV, has some of the most scenic roads and trails in the mid-Atlantic. The rides and races explore both the Green Bank Observatory's unique property and the surrounding area. There are rides and races for all ages and levels, as well as cycling clinics and vendors. Each night features tours of the night sky, bonfires, refreshments, and live music. A multi-day registration include

a campsite and facilities (with multi-day pass)

A single-day or local registration includes:

All proceeds fund the programs and building of the Northern Pocahontas Community Wellness Center
