We're hosting a Spartan DEKA Mile event this Saturday in Great Falls, MT. It's (10) fitness zones and (10) 160 meter runs, to equal 1 mile of running. We're doing it outside at Kiwanis Park, it should be a blast! Anyone is welcome to sign up and try it out or just come hang out. Sign up here.

This year's Treadmill Challenge winner is setting himself up nicely for a state title run. Keep it up Ryan Harrington!!

Two Great Falls High distance runners junior Macgywer Palmer and sophomore Ryan Harrington are running circles around the competition in Class AA with nearly identical marks in the 1600-meter and 3200-meter races.

In less then 24hrs it's going down. The women kick it off at 4:10 pm tomorrow. Athletes make sure you're there before 3:30 for a briefing.

Here's 3 of the 6 men competing this Saturday 4pm-7pm at the Treadmill Challenge at Volta Athletics
We've rounded up some of Great Falls top runners to compete in a bracket style tournament to be crowned King & Queen of the Treadmill Challenge 2022.

They run for 10 minutes at 12% incline for max distance. We will have a prediction contest, beer, food, 50/50 raffle, music and live announcing – all for a great cause, with 100% of proceeds going to Special Olympics Montana.

Treadmill Challenge returns February 19th, 4pm at Volta Athletics. 6 hand selected males and females compete head-to-head for 10 minutes at 12% incline for max distance. We're hoping to have a Masters category as well. 50/50 raffle and prediction contest to benefit Special Olympics Montana. Food and beverage will be available, we'll see you there!
