🦃🤎 THERE’S A SEAT FOR YOU.
Nobody should have to wonder where their Thanksgiving dinner is coming from. Nobody should have to sit at home alone because they don’t have family close by. And nobody should ever feel embarrassed because this year looks a little different than the last.
So this Thanksgiving, Marked by Mercy and The 99:1 Project are setting the table for OUR community.
And I mean everybody.If you’re struggling, come.
If you’re lonely, come. If you’ve had the hardest year of your life, come. If you don’t have family to spend Thanksgiving with, come sit with ours.
If you’re doing just fine but could use some good food and good people around you, come.
You do not have to prove that you need a meal to deserve a seat at our table. 🤎
There will be no applications. No income requirements. No questions about why you’re there.
Just a warm Thanksgiving meal, a place to sit, people who are genuinely happy you came, and hopefully a reminder that you are not forgotten.
We’ll also have The 99:1 Table with winter items, hygiene products, everyday necessities, Bibles and other things our community may need. Take what you need. Leave what you can. No judgment attached.
And for the ones who can’t get to us — we want to find you, too. We’re planning to deliver meals to homebound neighbors and others who might otherwise be missed.
Because that’s what The 99:1 Project is about.
We want it to feel like home.
We want tables full of people who may have never met before laughing together, kids eating way too much dessert, somebody finding a coat they needed, somebody asking for prayer, somebody realizing there are still people who care.
Maybe even somebody walking in feeling completely alone and leaving knowing they aren’t.
That’s the table I want to build.
So whether you need the seat, want to help us fill the seats, or want to serve the people sitting in them…
There’s a place for you here.
More details are coming soon. 🤎

We’re going after the one. And this Thanksgiving, we’re setting them a place at the table. 🦃🤎
