This event is for any engaged couple (or soon-to-be-engaged couple 😉)!

Come out and meet some of our favorite vendors, enjoy refreshments and fellowship as you plan your dream wedding at Piney Grove Ranch. This event is open to the public so feel free to bring your coordinator, family members, friends, dogs, you name it. We'd love to meet you!

We are hiring!📣

No prior experience necessary. Looking for a part-time wedding assistant to start as soon as possible as we head into busy season. Please send all resumes to [email protected] and we will be in touch with you. Thanks!

This job includes the following:

✨Assisting wedding coordinators as needed
✨Shuttling and greeting guests and wedding party
✨Set-up/tear down
✨Table bussing and clean-up
✨Basically helping and serving wherever is needed!

Requirements:
✨Able to serve from the heart and love our couples and guests as Christ loves us
✨Able to work 2-3 weddings a month
✨Able to work Sundays if needed (Fridays as well would be amazing but not necessary!)
✨Needs to be ok with some form of heavy lifting (chairs, decor boxes, etc)
✨Able to be on your feet for up to 10 hours
✨Reliable transportation

Meet the staff! 🎉👇

Maddi Rainey started work at PGR in March of 2025. She first met us through her sister, Savannah, who was married at Piney Grove Ranch in October of 2023! Maddi is one of our wedding assistants, and is also a bride-to-be herself!

🏠 When not working at Piney Grove, you can find Maddi working in real estate, planning her own wedding, spending time with her fiancé, antiquing, or enjoying the outdoors!

✈ Fun fact: Maddi's been skydiving twice! And she claims a third jump is definitely on the horizon.

💍Maddi is passionate about aiding in creating a day that feels calm, joyful, and unforgettable for each couple—where they feel fully loved and cared for.

🎉The first looks and the dances are her favorite thing about weddings. There’s nothing like seeing a couple surrounded by the people who love them most, celebrating the start of their forever
We're so happy to have her join the family!
