We are thrilled to be moving where we are. Well, everything has to go mostly well, in order for it all to work.

We took the dogs for a walk on the trail. We are becoming invested. We talk about identifying the plants with little plaques, planting shade trees by the benches, and move the slow- growing dogwoods to another part of the property.
We picked up garbage, noted a set of dumped washer and dryer, a bent up grocery cart. I didn’t bother thinking about it got murdered. Ha

So many people are enjoying the trail. We feel good about being there. We need community.

First diagnosed with Cataracs and an eye hemorrhage at 30, I have protected my eyes from the sun year round, following Dr’s advice. Haley went blind because of rapid growing Cataracts at age 4, and Spin had the same surgery at age 6. Eyes are precious in our family.

I lost my prescription sunglasses. The last time I remembered wearing them was the day Derek got to see Dax.

Robert and I are only allowed in the main Lobby, in plain sight of Security. We are not allowed to go to the Cafeteria to grab coffee, or a bite to eat. Scary us!

Well, I decided sunglasses are not a good look inside, if one is being scutinized, so I took my night and indoor glasses with me, to wear inside the Hospital.

Who knows what happened to my glasses. I had my files with me and my purse. After looking everywhere twice and again, I ordered a new pair from Parker Warby on Monday. I just got a notice saying they are being shipped today.

$195. Total. This is the third pair of glasses I have ordered from them. Clear glasses? $95. Note than I am near-sighted. I don’t wear glasses to read. I need glasses to watch TV. I get single focus lenses. Progressives will cost more, but they are still cheaper than Costco.
