Ripple Effect: ART + MUSIC + PSYCHEDELIA opens its doors at The Center - and you're invited.

Join us for the opening reception from 7–9 PM and step into a world where Grateful Dead album art, rare vintage concert posters, and photographs of Bob Dylan and Joni Mitchell meet bold contemporary work from today's psychedelic artists.

Curated by Sarah Coleman and Brian Chambers (The Chambers Project), this one's for the seekers.

Big news for our little corner of the foothills! Please help us welcome Michelle Amador as the new Executive Director of The Center for the Arts. 🎉

Michelle is a Grass Valley neighbor first and foremost. She landed here from Brooklyn back in 2017, and as a working musician, The Center was one of the places that made Nevada County feel like home. In the years since, she's become one of the most engaged voices in our local arts community bringing with her more than fifteen years of nonprofit leadership at nationally recognized performing arts organizations.

In her own words: "This is my community, this is my field, and this is a moment I believe I was built for."
