Yesterday, The Hivve became the home base for something extraordinary.
The Rogue Leadership Training Experience officially launched with 32 of our community's top leaders gathering in our space for the first session of an 8-month journey together.
This is what we've been building toward. Not just a coworking space or event venue, but a container for transformation. A place where serious work happens and communities get stronger.
This program is a partnership between Trever Yarrish, the Grants Pass & Josephine County Chamber of Commerce, and facilitators who are deeply invested in our region's future. Watching it come together has been incredible. Watching it launch was even better.
What makes this different: these leaders aren't here to polish their personal brands. They're here to build interconnected leadership that strengthens the whole community. That's the kind of work that changes what's possible.
Over the next 8 months, this cohort will meet here regularly, building the frameworks and relationships that create lasting impact. We're honored to be the space that holds this work.
