The BRelay is back for its 2nd year! With the LMCU Bridge Run coming up in September, we wanted to provide the community with an opportunity to train for the 10 Miler, with friends! The Brian Diemer Family of Races introduces the BRelay, the Bridge Run Relay. This 10-mile relay is designed to have teams of 6-10, 3-5, and 2 persons, with a solo option. With team categories of male, female, and Coed. It all takes place on a 1 mile paved loop at Pinery Park.

Teams are encouraged to have FUN; wear costumes, have a team theme, use creative team names, etc. Teams will be issued a baton with a timing chip when they check into the race. In the spirit of keeping it easy, we only require each team member to run at least one loop; a Coed team is simply having mixed genders.

To keep registration fees low for everyone, there will be no shirt. Stay tuned for information on team awards.

Registration is now OPEN and is set up for you to register today and worry about the team part later. Through 5/28, register for only $5, no coupon code needed.

As we gather with family and friends, we’re grateful for those who came before us and the freedoms they helped secure.

We can’t wait for our NEW event that’s now a part of race morning! 🎉

We’ve partnered with Special Olympics to introduce the Sprint for Inclusion — a 100m race open to the entire community. This event helps raise awareness and financial support for our local Special Olympics athletes 💙❤️

From there, our 5K takes off — featuring live music along the course and, of course, donuts at the finish line for anyone who beats Brian Diemer 🍩👟

We’ll wrap up the morning with our always-fun Kids’ Steeplechase!
