The Cook County YMCA is grateful for having hosted the Ham Run for the last four years. After thoughtful consideration and Advisory Council support, we will no longer be involved in producing this run. The YMCA is currently exploring other opportunities and partnerships for an outdoor race in the county.

Thank you to all who participated and volunteered over the years for being a part of this amazing run in a beautiful wilderness. We would be happy to connect with any businesses or parties that want to keep the Ham Run tradition alive. Please contact the YMCA for information.

Thank you for running in the 9th annual Ham Run on the 10th Anniversary of the Ham Lake Fire! All the race proceeds benefit the Cook County YMCA scholarship program to support youth in attending Summer Camp, after-school child care, swim lessons, and more programs regardless of income. Thank you for your support for our community and a great race this year!

4 days until Ham Run! Most of the snow has melted and we're in for some good spring weather. The forecast for Saturday calls for partly cloudy skies with highs in the mid 50s! We couldn't ask for better race weather!
